Hi There, Up for auction is an Electro 12" VINYL RECORD of DOUBLE DEE & STEINSKI - "THE PAYOFF MIX", "LESSON TWO (JAMES BROWN MIX)" & LESSON THREE (HISTORY OF HIP HOP MIX)" on Tommy Boy Records from 1985. I would say no doubt one of the alltime Electro Classic 12"ers, produced by Double Dee & Steinski and released as a Tommy Boy Promo Only limited to 3000 copies. Yes, this is the ORIGINAL extremely hard to find Promo Only release with the Frankford/Wayne stamp in the runout groove (please see scans). No need to go into details on this 12", if you're looking at this auction I'm sure you know all about it. Vinyl is in Near Mint Minus Condition, the only thing from keeping this from a NM grade is the slightest of waves but it has NO affect on play at all. All original lustre and you would be hard pressed to find a single mark on the vinyl! Labels are Clean and record will come in its Original white Tommy Boy Sleeve in very good shape. A Very Hard to find Promo Only 12" here which you won't find in better condition than this one. Don't miss out on this one!

Vinyl Grading
Vinyl grading will always be on the conservative side and I'm sure that everyone will be very happy with it. Below you will find my grading scale. Sometimes a (+) or (-) will be used for an in between grading.
Mint - Still sealed and in original plastic. A record that has never been opened.
Near Mint - A record with either no apparent play or very rarely played. At most a couple of very light scuff marks that will never affect play.
Excellent - A record that may have some light surface scuffs that will not affect play. Still a very well taken care of record.
Very Good - A record with some visible wear but never abused. The record could have a minor click or pop but never any serious deterioration in sound quality.
Good - A record with visible wear with many scuff marks which may or may not affect play. The record will never have any skips. I will not sell any records with a lower grade than this.
