Description
Artist / Title: Dorothy: I Confess 7" (UK, Industrial) 1980
Condition (Cover / Record): front cover: VG++/ back cover: G+ / disc: VG++ (glossy front cover is okay with minor water damage at the top, back cover has what looks like a big coffee stain on the back, no tears, sits flat, disc has stains on one label side, but plays really cleanly, overall nice)

Description: This is a copy of the only single made by the UK artist Dorothy, which was released by the Industrial label in 1980.
Additional Info: One of the more unusual records issued by Throbbing Gristle's Industrial Records label was this synth pop oddity by 19-year old Dorothy, whose record was produced and played by Alex Fergusson (of "Stay With Me Tonight", ATV, PTV fame.) "I Confess" is a snappy, toe-tapping bit of synth songwriting, while "Softness", which is the better of the songs here, is a bit more like Alex Fergusson's solo 7". Surprisingly, even a lot of minimal synth fans don't know about this one, so here's a chance to see what they've been missing. (BTW, the cover damage is probably not as bothersome as you might think.)
