DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: just a little light wear to the corners, otherwise Superb...spine lettering nice and clear...lovely and clean both inside and outside the gatefold: EX
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a couple of ultrafine 'paper' hairlines, otherwise looks unplayed with a lovely clean sheen to the vinyl: EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied - I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX and EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
