ELEKTRA LABEL 1970 FIRST UK PRESSING WITH SHOREPAK PATENTS PENDING GIMMIX WINDOW SLEEVE & YELLOW INNER IN ALL ROUND VERY GOOD CONDITION.

Released in 1970 on the ELEKTRA butterfly label, I am offering today this original and complete first UK pressing of this superb and last great DOORS album to feature late front man Jim Morrison titled "L A WOMAN". The vinyl plays well with very good audio needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips etc and features some fantastic tracks including LOVE HER MADLY, RIDERS ON THE STORM and the HYACINTH HOUSE.
The album was produced by Paul A Rothchild and comes with its original Shorepak printed gimmix window sleeve which is in very good condition, it has no splits or tears or unwanted writing etc but there is some rubbing to the window. Otherwise excellent, clean with fully legible spine and minimal wear.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and it plays through well, there is the odd crackle but overall it is a decent player. Needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips etc.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually & audibly is in very good condition. it displays quite a few light scratches but nothing serious. I have just played it through and can state that the album plays nicely with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc.
The SLEEVE, The gimmix window sleeve is in very good condition. No splits or tears or unwanted writing etc but there is some rubbing to the window other than this, it has to be one of the cleanest sleeve's I have seen.
The LABELS, The original first issue Elektra butterfly labels are showing moderate spindle traces. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The custom yellow inner sleeve is clean and free from unwanted writing etc but has been repaired with magic tape on the bottom edge.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
