WILDLY RARE original white label advance promotional first pressing of this iconic stone psychedelic classic on Epic from July 23, 1966 pressed on RED TRANSLUCENT VINYL in the original sleeve with The Trip on the B-side including the ULTRA RARE original two-page press release on Epic letterhead from the desk of then-head honcho Sol Rabinowitz!!! Vinyl is VG+/VG++ with a few light scuffs. Sleeve is a nice VG+ with no splits, no seams and hint of ring. Don't sleep psych collectors. This is one of the songs that launched the psychedelic era and its importance cannot be overstated. Finding one of these red vinyl promos in this condition with the original press release is near impossible.
