NUMBER 1716
Released in a signed and numbered edition of just over 2000 copies (highest known number is 2027).
Plain white pocket sleeve rubber-stamped in purple, signed and numbered in magenta on front. Some with address written on back in biro: "DOLLY MIXTURE BCM BOX NO. 10001 LONDON WC1 N3XX" Double-sided pink A4 insert with track titles, drawings, and commentary.
