Rio de Janeiro-born guitarist Fabiano do Nascimento turns back toward memory on this orchestral collaboration, drawing on the quiet geometry of a childhood courtyard hidden inside the city. Recorded with a 16 piece ensemble led by trombonist and arranger Vittor Santos, the music moves with patience, its detail shaped by space and recollection.'O Tempo (Foi O Meu Mestre)' opens gently, guitar lines settling into the orchestra's soft grain, while 'Uirapuru' and 'Floresta Dos Sonhos' drift between folk intimacy and cinematic sweep. Elsewhere, 'Valsa' and 'Plateau' hold back, letting melody breathe without urgency. It's a record that listens closely to its own past, translating place into sound with warmth and restraint.
