This is an important piece of Dance Music History be offered to collectors, in particular Madonna Fans! As it is rare and one of a kind "Presented to" Record (Presented to Larry Levan, inscribed). Most importantly, before Madonna was famous, her performances at the Paradise Garage is where the history was made. She met Jelly Bean Benetiz, and had a relationship. Once her music was recorded, it was super important to have VIP Club DJ's to do remixes. Larry did this often for many artists and these are rare treasures. As with many artists of this generation, Larry was the Father of Garage House.. and is revered in all channels of Dance Culture and music. He is the inspiration that made this scene possible. His influence and mega-vip list of followers will always be the story behind artists who got discovered at Paradise Garage in NYC in early 1980's.
This piece is a juxtaposition of the roots of this music and mega-millions of people it influenced through the talent and stardom of Madonna. It is the Evidence of the roots of it all! It is a fine piece than can garner music hall of fame and be almost seen as the spark that ignited the dance revolutions of the 1990's and onward today!!
