Powered by eCommercePlayer.com                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       DIZZY GILLESPIE with JOHN COLTRANE LIVE AT BIRDLAND 1-6-51, and LIVE (somewhere;  it sounds like the announcer said The Clique) 6-22-48 (this date might not be correct, but it's what's written on the Cover) :   ACETATE TEST PRESSING Records (Mfd in the USA, in the 60's)    Most of SIDE A is Dizzy Live at Birdland.  There is a short 4th Track on that Side that isn't mentioned on the Cover or Label.  The beginning is on the Recording;  it's probably from the same live set.  Most of SIDE B is Dizzy Live.  The 4th Track, "Yesterdays,"  is Milt Jackson, probably with Dizzy 1-6-51.  I can't vouch for the source material, but it was probably made from a live Radio Broadcast.  The Record has some very light scuffs, but not that much.  It looks VG++.  The overall Sound Quality is VG+ and Better.  I'm trying to accurately grade  these Tracks and not overgrade anything;  I hope that the Sound Clips will speak for themselves.  I've posted some audio clips from every Track on this LP, starting with SIDE A, Track 1.  Click on the BIG MICROPHONE ICON to Download them and listen for yourself.   CRANK IT UP!  I can ship this anywhere in the USA via Media Rate for 4.00 (eBay requirements),  BUT IT SHOULD SHIP AIR PRIORITY because of the fragile Acetate coating of the Disc.  IF YOU WANT THIS DELIVERED SAFELY AND INTACT, PLEASE HAVE IT SHIPPED AIR PRIORITY;  don't pay until you receive my Invoice so that I can add the AIR PRIORITY option.   I can ship this to most Overseas Countries via First Class Mail for around $22.00; shipping to Canada will cost $15.00.  I can only get to the Post Office once or twice a week,  so please be patient. The POST OFFICE LOSES PACKAGES,  don't blame me if it happens to you.  PLEASE READ THIS:  If bidding on this reaches $50-$120,  and it ships to a non-US buyer, Registered Mail will be required in addition to First Class Postage,  but I'll pay $7.50 of the $15.00 Registered Mail fee;  Registered Mail is a little slower than 1st Class Mail,  but it's more dependable,  and it does provide a Tracking Number and some Insurance.  If it sells for $120-$500 to a non-US Bidder,  it will have to ship Air Priority,  which will run around $50;  I'll have to Insure it for the Full Amount at my expense, and declare Full Value on the Customs Form.  If it sells for over $500,  it will have to ship EXPRESS MAIL, which will cost around $90-$120.  Since I will have to insure it,  I will have to declare full sales value.  There is also DHL for Overseas shipping, which costs around $110 and delivers safely within 3 days.  You can't get Tracking Numbers with simple First Class International shipping.  PLEASE DON'T PAY UNTIL YOU RECEIVE MY eBay INVOICE.  No reserve.  Good luck!

I need to make a correction.  The Recording on SIDE 2 is NOT from 1948--it's from June 1949.  I tried to make this correction a few days ago,  but apparently it didn't go through.  This is NOT a 1948 Recording.  Thanks.
