Disclose "Demo & Live '92" Tape (Self-released, 1993?)
What I have up for sale here is an original copy of this ultimate Disclose/Japanese crust rarity. It's one of the earliest tape releases by Disclose, entitled "Demo & Live '92". Self-released by Kawakami himself around late '93. Bought it directly from Japan when it first came out. 169% original!!! NOT a bootleg copy! This tape contains all the tracks from the legendary "Crime" first demo('92), the "Conquest" second demo('93) and live recording from December '92. The total of 26 tracks. The "Crime" demo is the band's first recording ever, with the original singer Tsukasa. Disclose originally had 4 members and Kawakami played played only guitars, no vocals at that time. This first demo is awesome. Sounds a bit different from their later materials. Speedy, solid and raw D-beat HC with a slight noisecore feel. On the second demo and the live recording, Kawakami does both vocals and guitars. The cassette itself is in an excellent shape. The fold-out sleeve has some minor wear. Looks just a bit old when you open it but there's no major damages. The plastic case has some minor scratches. Overall in a great condition considering it came out nearly 20 years ago. I don't know how many copies of this demo were ever made but probably not so many, and am pretty sure most of copies were distributed locally at their shows in the Kochi area. It's the real deal.
