We have over 6000 100% positive feedback, this is because we are professional full time dealers and know what we are doing. We are VAT registered and pay our taxes unlike some cowboy dealers on Ebay. We are experts in many fields of record collecting. We only use photo's of the actual item for sale , we never "crop" the photo's to miss any bent corners etc, what you see is what you get. Unlike certain other dealers we don't need to use a thousand exclamation marks and meaningless phrases such as "retains it's just pressed sheen" such hype is not needed - we try to grade accurately, never use MINT unless it genuinely looks unplayed. PLAY GRADING
Most albums are cleaned on a professional VPI 16.5 record cleaning machine to remove any debris hidden in the grooves (This is done purely by suction and not with any “surface treatments”). Then they are play graded on a Michel Gyrodeck with top quality Ortofon Moving coil cartridge.

PACKAGING
When posted the records are removed from the covers and placed in a PVC outer protective sleeve to stop sleeve splits in the post. We use brand new top quality cruciform mailers style that wrap around the LP. We do sometimes recycle packaging (old hippies you see) but only where they are of good enough quality to meet our own exacting standards.
