  Because under the new postal rates

  that went into effect on JANUARY 2013,

  all priority packages weighing over 1 lb.

  will be subject to ZONE charges

  in addition to the NEW regular rate.

  Since then, I’ve mailed some packages containing one ITEM

  for which I’ve paid $5.85 for postage and a $ 1.75 for insurance.

  And mailing supplies cost me almost aprox .89 cents per shipment.

  So I’ve been taking a loss on some priority shipments.
