CONDITION VISUAL: Side A NM- Side B VG++ There are two tiny flaws in the vinyl at pressing that do not affect play. AUDIBLE: NM- Some would rate it NM. COVER: VG+ Some handling wear, light ring wear. Primary surface is clean, glossy and bright. Please see photos and grading description. (Glare from shiny surfaces is not a flaw.) Your SATISFACTION is guaranteed.

From Wikipedia: "Their debut single was "I Hate The Rich" / "You're Not Blank" (the latter most famously covered by Minneapolis punk band Dillinger Four), on Los Angeles-based label What Records (also home to the Germs, amongst others), originally released in 1977 in what collectors refer to as the "Oils" sleeve - the lettering chosen for the band's logo looking more like "The Oils" than "The Dils" at first glance. This was later reissued by the same label in a more easy-to-decipher font." From Discogs: "Once labelled as "California's The Clash" for the extreme left-wing ideas expressed in their revolutionary songs, The Dils were part of the very first wave of the L.A. Punk scene. In 1977 What? Records released their debut 7" "I Hate The Rich / You're Not Blank", a real manifesto of their ideas. Two other 7"s followed until their split in 1980."

GRADING
NM (Near Mint): A flawless copy. Looks great and is most likely unplayed. Like new. NM-: Probably played carefully once or twice. Near flawless copy.
VG++: Record may have a few light paper sleeve marks or scuffs that should not affect play. Visually will have some light marks but will play close to NM. Slight noise at the
beginning / runout / between tracks is allowable. The record has probably been played a few times but is still a very nice copy.
VG+: Record will show more noticeable marks and paper scuffs than VG++ and may have more surface noise and more minor pops in part due to time and wear but still a nice copy and has been well taken care of.
VG: Record will have more noticeable surface noise in parts and more discernible light scuffs and/or scratches, and pops. Still plays well with no skipping.
VG-: Vinyl will have some very considerable pops and noise.
