DICK MORRISSEY QUARTET "It's Morrissey, Man". Original UK LP on Fontana TFL 5149

This is the original LP from 1961 on the black and silver Fontana label.

It features Dick Morrissey (tenor), Malcolm Cecil (bass), Stan Jones (piano), Colin Barnes (drums).

Condition - record - EXCELLENT -very clear, bright sound with no clicks

Condition - sleeve - EXCELLENT/NEAR MINT

Morrissey was to go on to become a giant of modern jazz before his untimely death. Cecil, of course, was the man behind Tonto's Expanding Headband and the classic Stevie Wonder albums of the eraly 70s. Here he's just an excellent bass player!

They don't get much rarer and more sought after than this. This is in unbelievable condition. You are unlikely to ever see a better copy.
