"Only Sixteen" wasn't released on a 45 anywhere else in the world except for in Scandinavia where it appeared as the b-side to "I Hear A Symphony". It was released with TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT picture sleeves in Sweden and here you have one of them. Have a listen below! Very seldom turns up for sale in this beautiful condition.
