NM - Near Mint, or Mint Minus, record protectively handled at all times; superficial handling marks, if any.
N- New minus - A record showing light signs of previous usage, consistent with careful handling.
EX + - Excellent plus - a moderately used record that still retains the desirable audio characteristics of a
higher grade LP, despite occasional moments of light surface noise.
