DEVERONS (featuring Burton Cummings/GUESS WHO) REO RECORDS CANADA (1966) VERY GOOD PLUS
Prior to joining the Guess Who, Burton Cummings sang for the DEVERONS, a group of teenagers from St. John's High School and the second most popular band in Winnipeg!
Here is a lovely copy of the group's debut recording made at Kay Bank studios in Minneapolis in 1966. Released on REO RECORDS, this single was exclusive to Canada only. CLEAN LABELS!! No tears, no writing, no stains, no fading (see pictures). VINYL IS VG+ (strict grade). Under bright light, I see a few minor scuffs including some surface blemishes - likely a factory pressing flaw. Vinyl is nice 'n GLOSSY. In natural light, I can't see those imperfections noted. I have no turntable to playback, but I can't find any reason why this shouldn't play loud 'n proud. I've included the original REO RECORDS SLEEVE.
