You are bidding on a highly collectible, out of print 10" vinyl on the now defunct cult record label Man's Ruin. Only 1000 ever pressed. Both 10" and Sleeve are in MINT condition. The sleeve is signed "Kozik 97" in silver ink by Man's Ruin label owner and artist FRANK KOZIK. Also includes a promotional Man's Ruin postcard advertising the Kyuss/Queens of the Stone Age split EP. Tracklisting as follows:

Side A: 1. Girl Boy Tom, 2. Monkey In The Middle.

Side B: 1. Cowards Way Out, 2. Robotic Lunch.

A little information on the history of the signature:

It was signed at the Man's Ruin offices in San Francisco. I bought the vinyl from someone who worked for Kozik and Man's Ruin from 1995-1999. This person aquired the signature the week the vinyl was released back in 1997.
