DEPECHE MODE  Sire Canada - MISS PRESS / MISS PRINT - People Are People LP - The Muppets on the B side. side 1, Depeche Mode.  side 2, should be DM but... - it is the "The Muppets"! 
Canadian Import to the UK on SIRE  First Issue Import of the LP to the UK. - A MISS PRESS / MISS PRINT -  THIS IS VERY VERY ULTRA RARE. IT'S AN EARLY 1st PRINT THAT GOT THROUGH QUALITY CONTROL. The error was spotted - the presses stopped but somehow this got shipped. Bought as an Import (in an HMV London). I'd spent an age on a train back to the North west after my monthly trip buying Vinyl back in the 80's - I couldn't wait to play the records I'd bought -  I was quite gutted at the time having spent 3 x the normal price for an LP for this import.   I even phoned the shop.  I was offered a double refund next visit if I took it back.  Not sure if they actually believed me! My best friend at the time didn't believe me either until I played it. He said " Keep it! there can't be many of 'em"  He was right - there is no record of another of these anywhere that I can find.

THIS IS LIKELY TO BE THE ONLY ONE. THE RAREST DEPECHE MODE ITEM YOU CAN FIND.

I have never heard of another, or seen for sale an item like this!
