Description
Very rare set of records, sheet music and movie synopsis from the movie New York, New York with Liza Minnelli and Robert DeNiro. All records are marked "DEMONSTRATION RECORD - Not for Sale/Not for Air-Play".
There are 4 - 7 inch records:
UAMG 113-A HAPPY ENDINGS
UAMG 113-B THERE GOES THE BALL GAME
UAMG 113-C BUT THE WORLD GOES 'ROUND
UAMG 113-D THEME FROM NEW YORK, NEW YORK
There is also one 12 inch record that has all of the 16 songs form the movie, including short and long versions of Happy Endings. (10 songs on side one and 7 on side two)
Along with the 5 records, there is a book that contains the sheet music for all 16 songs. There is also individual sheet music for the 4 songs on the 7 inch records.
And finally, there is a 7 page typed synopsis of the movie. This package was given out BEFORE the movie premiered.
The whole package comes in a box that is marked UAMG 113. It also says "the great new songs and golden standards from the forthcoming motion picture"
All of the records are in MINT, un-played condition in their original sleeves. The book, sheet music and synopsis are also mint. The box that it all comes in has some slight wear.
