VG 
Under bright light there are lots of fine sleeve removal hairlines visible, none of them are deep or nasty. Upon listening I would describe the audio as VG+, no loud surface crackle or noise detected on my system. No Pops, skips, jumps or clicks.
The vinyl appears to be slightly dished, It sits flat on the A side but has a slight wobble on the B side.
Upon playing on my turntable this didn't affect the audio or cause issues with the needle.
