Description

Cliff (Richard) & Hank (Marvin) / Throw Down A Line b/w Cliff Richard / Reflections UK 7" Vinyl.
DB 8615
Columbia   1969.  I believe this is a first pressing, and I definitely would have acquired it at around that time.
Runout markings :
Side A Matrix stamped   7 XCA 32523 - 1         G          KT         1
Side B Matrix stamped   7 XCA 32524 - 1         G          KT         1
Vinyl - NM - Apart from a really very few tiny crackles both sides play as new.  Close visual inspection reveals some very faint superficial scratches, but nothing obvious to the naked eye.
Labels - EX+ - Joint owners' mark/name neatly in pen on A Side, very slightly grubby on B Side, but overall really excellent.
Sleeve - Plain contemporary sleeve.  Owner's mark (TT) in pen on reverse, few small marks.  Creasing along top edge and around corners. Seams secure
Like many of the singles I am now selling, this record has belonged to me from new.  It has been well cared for - stored always in sleeve and in record rack in cupboard, away from dust and dirt.  Has been played at most 5/6 times in last 40 years, including a few times while listing to check quality for description (and to relive old memories !)
Please ask if there's anything else you'd like to know, or if you'd like to see more photos.  Have tried to capture as much detail as in the pictures, as these are the best description.
I have played the record through on both sides prior to listing and tried to grade it according to the system which seems to be standard for many sellers :
MINT  The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT  The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD  The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD  The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
Postage rates depend on final value achieved so record is fully covered for loss or damage.  This is to protect you, the buyer, as much as myself.
