DEL SHANNON COLLECTORS: Issued during 1961, here's a stunning and rare original UK yellow demo copy of this great hit tune from DEL SHANNON with "HATS OFF TO LARRY" on the UK LONDON AMERICAN imprint # HLX 9402 and backed with "DON'T GILD THE LILY, LILY".
This disc has the 4-prong centre intact and plays superbly throughout with top audible quality and remains in mint minus condition with the lightest of sleeve rubs and absolute minimum of crackle on the run-in and run-out groove. The labels are spotlessly clean on both sides without any written annotations and showing minimal signs of spindle wear. Still paired with an original company sleeve making this a top copy for the collector. They don't come much better than this (see picture scans).
