Continuing my series of very rare UK Harvest/Deep Purple 1st pressings, here is another gem from my own mostly Nr Mint personal collection. You are bidding on a very special auction here - a truly stunning  ORIGINAL Earliest  UK 1972 1st Pressing of this classic Deep Purple album on Harvest/Purple!!! A number of important features make this an exceptionally rare album! Firstly, it is the TRUE UK 1st pressing, pressed on Mega Thick & Chunky Vinyl with true 1U//1U 1st press matrix!!! What's it is a Factory Sample! It has the 'Factory Sample, Not For Sale' sticker on the side 2 label!  I have never seen another UK factory sample of this album, and being a big DP fan, I have looked a very long time!

It is complete with it's Original 1st press thickly laminated Garrod & Lofthouse gatefold sleeve. Only the very 1st pressings had this sleeve, the laminate is super-thick, and easy to identify, especially when holding against a thinner laminated 2nd press sleeve!!!  Further, this rare record comes complete with its very rare Original 1st press Poster!!! That's right, it is something you very rarely see with this album! These are massively rare and were only included with the very earliest 1st pressings, most of the latter 1st pressings DID NOT have this poster included - it is super rare!!! Finally I just have to mention the condition of this album - it is stunning! See below for a full description, but all you really need to know is that it is in Near Mint/Near Mint condition throughout! When are you ever going to have the chance to bid on a Near Mint UK Fully complete factory sample of this amazing album again? The Classic 1st press yellow 'Purple' Harvest Record centre labels are in stunning Near Mint condition with NO Tears, NO Peeling, NO Grubbiness, NO Scribbles and NO unwanted writing of any kind!!! There are NO spindle alignment lines on the labels at all, as you would expect from an unplayed record!  The gramophone rims containing the all important 1st press etchings and matrix's are MINT-!!!

What can I say about this vinyl  - It is stone cold MINT- with NO Scratches, No scuffing, NO Hairlines NO Bagrash, NO blemishes of any kind at all! It is absolutely perfect - it's as simple as that!!! It is unplayed and in absolutely pristine condition I have no hesitation whatsoever with visually grading this vinyl as a strong Near Mint!!! Its as simple as that!!! (suitable for the highest grade Near Mint collection - you will not find a better record!!) 

The classic 1st press thickly laminated Garrod & Lofthouse 1st press gatefold sleeve is also in tremendous ***Near Mint*** condition!!! These 1st press sleeves always turn up totally worn out-looking nowadays with severe damage to the spine, with corner & edge wear, stains and ring wear (especially to the back). Suffice to say, they have not remained in prime condition over the years. THIS SLEEVE IS DIFFERENT!! It is in STUNNING condition with  NO Tears, NO Stains, NO Scribbles and NO unwanted writing of any kind - It is completely blemish free!!! The sleeve lies perfectly FLAT with NONE OF THE RING WEAR THAT IS SO COMMON WITH THESE SLEEVES!!! It has the virtually NO edge and corner wear!!! The laminate is the best I have ever seen for this sleeve - it is so fresh and crisp that it actually looks 'wet' in appearance!  There are no nasty scribbles/stains or blemishes of any kind to the sleeve!!! It has no discoloration!!! Impossible for this sleeve!! The gatefold opens out to reveal a beautiful crisp pristine unblemished black & white unlaminated inner, with a beautiful smooth unblemished sheen!! That's it for the sleeve -  It is absoloutly beauftiful - the best you will ever see! It easily grades as a very strong ***Near Mint***!! As I mentioned previously, please rest assured that this is in no way over-graded, what you are getting here is the real deal. I adhere strictly to record collector grading standards!!! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THIS ORIGINAL 1ST PRESS GARROD & LOFTHOUSE GATEFOLD IN THIS CONDITION ANYMORE!!!

Importantly, it comes complete with its correct Poster/Lyric insert! The poster has no faults to report and easily grades as Excellent! This really is a one off chance to own the best example of this the scarce UK Press of this rare and classic Deep Purple LP you will ever see. Postage ... Hazey Jane has absolutely NO hidden surcharges; the price you win is the price you pay, just add the relevant postage, it's as simple as that! We always combine postage so if you win more than 1 auction you save money on postage costs! We will only ship to non-UK countries via Airmail - we do not use surface mail, it is way too slow and thus increases the risk of records being damaged during transit.

A little note about insurance - Please read carefully... If the value of your record(s) is over £30, your invoice will include an insured option. Being the responsible adults you are, it is entirely up to you to take this up  - we strongly advise you to do this but will not hassle you about it. You either add the required insurance or you don't. If you do add the required insurance and your record is lost/damaged, you will get a refund. If you don't add the required insurance and your record is lost/damaged, you will not get a refund. Can we be any clearer? I think not.

Refunds & Feedback ... Please read this carefully ... We try to give you the best quality examples of rare records available. However, there will always be somebody out there whose expectations far exceed UK record collector grading standards.  If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your record or our grading of it please refer to the UK Record Collector Grading Chart very carefully BEFORE emailing us. We strictly adhere to it and will only offer refunds (minus the postage AND our eBay costs) if we are satisfied that we have fallen below UK record collector grading standards. This will very rarely, if ever, happen. We will not be impressed with buyers disputing our gradings without even bothering to check the UK record collector grading standards chart first - you have been warned ...

Buyers who continually Haggle, Whine and Moan to try to decrease the price they won their auctions for will be blocked from bidding on future auctions and can toodle off down to HMV or Virgin where they can harass the counter staff there.

We will always leave feedback upon receipt of feedback. In an ideal world we would like to leave feedback as soon as the record has been shipped but due to feedback blackmail in the past (i,e, ",,,I want a partial refund or I will leave negative feedback") we have opted to take this measure.
