DEEP PURPLE - IN ROCK
Harvest SHVL 777
Genuine 1970 first pressing, without the EMI BOX logo above the Harvest logo on the labels, making this a highly collectible example
Matrix numbers on vinyl run-off A-2 and B-1
Has THE GRAMOPHONE CO. LTD. etc. around edge of label.
Printed advertising inner sleeve with PATENT No's 1,125,555 & 1,072,844 at the foot
Laminated gatefold sleeve with FILE UNDER POPULAR: POP GROUPS 7006 TPS PRINTED AND MADE BY GARROD & LOFTHOUSE LTD. PATENT No 943,895. SHVL 777 printed at foot.
Sleeve is in very good condition but has a small tear on right edge, see photo
Inner sleeve in very good condition although some discolouration due to age
Heavyweight vinyl in excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or dings.
Labels both side 1 and 2 in near mint condition
All-in-all in amazing condition bearing in mind over 50 years old.
Bought new by myself in 1970. From my own record collection which has been stored in a designated vinyl LP storage box.
Unfortunately, I no longer own a record deck, so am unable to vouch for the playability of the LP.
Will be posted in heavy duty LP board mailer with edge protectors.
