FORMAT............ A FIRST UK PRESS.
MATRIX A-1U,B-1U,A-1U and B-1U
Etched in the dead wax is PORKY,DELTA PORK,PECKIE and PECKO.
THE RIM AROUND THE LABEL IS GRAMOPHONE.
I COLLECTED THOUSANDS OF RECORDS OVER THE YEARS AND NOW THE TIME HAS COME TO CLEAR OUT AND SELL TO A GOOD HOME.
I AM SELLING MY VAST RECORD COLLECTION. THIS IS A RARE ONE FROM 1972 . ( The very first press).
A good, honest first press .

The key features of this lp are sumarised below:
Sleeve- The sleeve itself has some minor corner and edge wear. Laminated front and rear.
Usual age wear and minor ring wear.
Overall, VERY respectable for age. The spine is readable. ( In outer plastic sleeve).
Inners-The records come in original white paper inners.
Labels- Clean.
Vinyl- Just taken from out of my storage boxes after many,many years !!!!! Still retains a full gloss and sheen to both sides. Clean and shiny. Looks stunning.There are marks and minor surface hairlines seen under bright light.
There is one very annoying little scratch in between two tracks-only noticed when playing.
PLAYBACK- Plays without skip or jump. Three sides play amazingly well- stunning sound.
One side has a couple of ticks between tracks caused by the little scratch. On that side there are other lighter ticks ( not many ).
I would still say playback is VERY enjoyable. This was Purple at there very best at the peak of there powers. These first first pressings are incredibly hard to find. I have had this one since release date.
A nice original lp. Not perfect but certainly not to be missed.
