DECCA SXL 6 ED1 records Blue borders!!
Description:
Set of 6 DECCA SXL ED1 'original recording by' wide band grooved records.
All are obviously used and damaged in some way: a scratch, damaged sleeve etc. But nice as file copies, and priced to sell. Most of these are very expensive when in NM condition. I grade these records between Good and very good.
SXL 2004, blue back border. Tchaikovsky 6 pathetique, Martinon, vienna philharmonic. Laminate damage and several scratches.
SXL 2005 Dvorak New World Vienna, Kubelik. Sleeve Ex+, blue border. Record has scratches, notably in 2nd movement.
SXL 2012 Grieg Peer Gynt, Fjelstad, London Symph. Laminate damaged. scratches, but also some nice parts.
SXL 2114 Last sxl with blue back border sleeve! Tchaikovsky piano concerto Curzon. Vienna, Solti. Flip backs are loose. scratch side 1.
SXL 2153 Tchaikovsky Swan lake highlights. Ansermet.scalloped flip back sleeve, Ex- Record some smaller scratches.
SXL 2244 Beethover 3, Eroica, Ansermet. Rarest Beethoven ansermet. Sleeve Ex-, record some light scratches, still quite nice.
