Very rare PROMO-ONLY VINYL LP album release from the late 1950s/early 1960s entitled Celebrity Degrees (The Big Sound MF-4R), and featuring 55, count 'em, FIFTY-FIVE (!!) different famous musical, film and television celebrities -- a veritable Who's-Who of the entertainment world at the time -- each giving a short (between 9-18 seconds), pre-recorded weather temperature, most delivered with a special rhyme, and all to classic 1950s musical accompaniment (varies from track-to-track)!! Example: "We're the Kingston Trio, and today is the day for indoor fun, 'cause the temperature is 31." "Hi, this is Dean Martin, and today everybody looks like one of the 400. Y'know, with blood and blue (at least, that's what it sounds like Dino is saying). Well the reason is it's now 32." "This is Joni James saying the current temperature is 34, so for goodness sake, close that door!" Etc. etc! Plays at 33 1/3 rpm. 60 CUTS IN ALL!
