LP is VG++, with a couple of tiny faint scuffs. LP is extremely clean and retains a nice gloss. Interior labels are very clean with no spindle wear. LP plays with minimal surface noise (crackle and tics). Listen to a track from this actual LP (track 1 from side 1):




This LP does not have a proper jacket - just 2 12" pieces of artwork on heavy paper stock for the front and back, with no tears but with light ring wear on both pieces. LP is stored in a paper sleeve between the pieces of artwork. LP and artwork comes in a protective thick polybag. Polybag has a fold over top, which has several small splits along this top seam.
