DAVID CROSBY" If I Could Only Remember My Name" WHITE LABEL PROMO LP EXC+, Cover is VG-. First run original WLP copy with Presswell (PR ) pressing plant. Artisan stampers ,both sides Textured cover has no ring wear but some corner wear. No spine splitting, white label has no spindle marks of any significance. Bought this album directly from a well known seller of better pressings in Thousand Oaks CA around 1985. There are may re-issues of this LP but this copy was cut from fresh original tapes, with no roll-off and due to original early stampers. Cannot be beat. Any lover of this long time TAS title will not be disappointed, fresh tape and early stampers prove on this one, they are superior. The high end is nearly gone on most every re-issue and downstream Atlantic pressing. Let me know if you need more photos or have any questions via EBay email.
As an audiophile and music hobbyist selling off many of my 50 year+ collection, mostly Mint- EXC +. ALL LPs are DD 'Miracle Record Cleaner’ cleaned/rinsed with 2 separate brushes plus machine dry. … a 3-step process… not easy or quick but well worth it even with new pressings.
- All LPs have had the full 'Disc Doctor’ Miracle Record Cleaner cleaning, unless sealed. (now sold/distributed by Acoustic Sounds in KS) Seperate purified rinsed w water brush, then Nitty Gritty machine vacuumed dried. Most of collection has only been played one or twice. Since all have been hand and machine cleaned, no further cleaning is needed.
