Recorded at the Winterland as a Benefit Concert to raise awareness and funds for prisoners. 
Crosby and Nash had just finished recording their first album which was released a week after this concert on April 5th. 
The benefit concert was broadcast by KSAN Radio of San Francisco and has become a classic recording with the surprise appearance of Neil Young who joined the duo onstage to sing four songs from his latest album Harvest.
