First off thank you for viewing my auction. Over the coming months I will be posting thousands of LPs and 45s from my personal collection as I have decided to trim down from about 10,000 to 5000 discs total. Its just too much space. All items have been collected over the past 20 years. Most records are in immaculate condition. I am an audiophile and I will be play grading all the posted recordings on a vintage hi-fi system. It consists of a Denon dp-3000 with SME 3009 tonearm, shure v15 type iv cart and a jico vn45he stylus. Mcintosh MC504 preamp and MC2505 power amplifier powering Tannoy Arden mk 1 speakers. I will do my best to grade the best way I can in the most discerning manner. I use a record weight and this system really put noise to the back, any discrepancies you may have will be noted, all returns accepted. All records are cleaned with a loricraft PRC4 professional record cleaner. Rest assured your purchases will arrive safe and sound I have all the supplies to ensure solid record shipment. David Clayton Thomas, The Paupers and the Shays - Something New! DEEP GROOVE MONO - 1966. Canadian Mod Garage Monster LP. These guys owned the Toronto/Yorkville scene and the chum charts. Super rare, contains various 45 cuts from the roman archives compiled into one awesome record. These tracks rock. Stunning example here, try and find one of these looking cleaner. Sleeve Grading - M - jacket is perfect, absolutely mint. No ring wear. No writing, no creases. Retains its original colour. Think is present with a cut out in the shrink for some reason. The original shrink is a little looser and thicker on these mid 60s Canadian romans and it is there. Probably stated in there its whole life.
Media/Audio Grading - NM - lightest audible noise is certain parts consistent with an unplayed record, couple spindle marks if examined very closely. probably from the only times its was played, slightest marks from paper but this thing plays so clean, just immaculate. WOW! The audio is primitive, like good garage should be. The studios these bands were using were not the best and it shows. Sounds awesome, exactly the way you should listen to these songs in glorious MONO. Booming Garage.
