DAVID BOWIE "The Man Who Sold The World" on MERCURY SR-61325, released 1970 with the ABSOLUTE ORIGINAL cartoon-ish cover.
Matrix in deadwax...Side One: "SR-61325-A M1 (all is machine stamped) Side Two: "SR-61325-B M2 (all is machine stamped).
Machine stamped "M1/M2" was made by Mercury engineers to indicate that the album was for Promotional Use only, and were designated for radio stations for promotional airplay in advance of the public issued pressings that would later be sent to the record stores. In effect, this is also a First Pressing.
The vinyl is MINT glossy condition. Looks Unplayed! Side 1: Mint Looks Unplayed. Side 2: Mint- with a thin light hairline that does not affect play.
Cover is VG+ no writing, no splits, no stains, edgewear and ringwear present, rubbing mark top front cover. See pics. Labels are beautiful NM.
Include a special protective anti-static inner sleeve.
