This is an ULTRARARE White label TEST PRESSING copy of Bowie`s second LP
eponymously called DAVID BOWIE.
In 34 years of seriously collecting records I have never seen another one of these.
Ridiculassly rare and quite possibly the only one in existance.It comes in a generic
plain white sleeve that is rather grubby .The condition of the Vinyl is Very Good ++.
The vinyl has a high lustre and has a lot of hairlines from removing the record in and
out from its paper inner sleeve but it plays magnificently.Heres a track by track grading
on how the record plays.
1)Space Oddity 91/2 out of 10.
2)Unwashed and somewhat slightly dazed 91/2 out of 10.
3) Dont sit down10 out of 10.
4)Letter to Hermoine 10 out of 10.
5) Cygnette Comittee 10 out of 10.
6)Janine 9 out of 10.
7)An occasional dream 9 out of 10.
8)Wild eyed Boy from freecloud 91/2 out of 10.
9)God knows im good 10 out of 10.
10)Memory of a free festival 91/2 out of 10.
There is a few crackles hence the nines and nine and a halfs but I must
say this record really does play well. There are very few problems in the
playing of this.It is loud and clear with no sticking jumps or skips.
Unbelievably rare David Bowie LP , the only one ive ever seen and you may very well
never see another.Think about that carefully, when have you ever seen one of these ?
So with that in mind this is your very rare oppertunity to own this rare record.

I have added more pictures in the hopr of photographing the matrix number for and interested bidder.
Im no photographer so the matrix is side 1) 852146 1Y // 2 * 11 1
side 2) 852146 2Y//2 11 1
The same as the matrix on the UK 1969 release of the same year. The pictures ive taken show the record in a better
lite and the LP is really clean I can only see 2 hairlines on side 1 .The first is about 2 inches long and the other about 5mm.
I can only see 3 hairlines on side 2 about an inch long these have no baring on the playing of the record . The record
is eceptionally clean looking.
