Visually graded condition of disc:  Near Mint (unplayed - spotless copy)

Condition of sleeve: Gatefold sleeve with glossy finish has light shelf wear. Tiny spots/ring of damage in his crotch area. Corners have tiny wear spots from decades of storage. There 'is' a half moon crease/bend near the opening right above the 'post card' sticker. A few small creases along spine. Includes lyric pic sleeve shown. RCA promo stamp by his right hand.

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
