David Bowie test pressing of the 1969 second album David Bowie (re-released as Space Oddity in 1972). This extremely rare item is on the Philips label with the record number SBL 7912.
The vinyl record has the following hand-written information: DAVID BOWIE PHILIPS SBL 7912 STEREO T.P. SIDE ONE/ SIDE TWO. There is also a hand-written comment on the paper sleeve which says SCRATCH ON SIDE 2. The matrix numbers are- Side 1: 852146 1 Y//1 1 1 2 Side 2: 852146 2 Y//1 1 1 2 The vinyl is in very good condition and there are no spindle marks. The paper sleeve is somewhat faded.
