David Bowie returned to relatively conventional rock & roll with Scary Monsters, an album that effectively acts as an encapsulation of all his '70s experiments.
Reworking glam rock themes with avant-garde synth flourishes, and reversing the process as well, Bowie creates dense but accessible music throughout Scary Monsters.
Though it doesn't have the vision of his other classic records, it wasn't designed to break new ground -- it was created as the culmination of Bowie's experimental genre-shifting

Clean, unmarked labels with one light spindle trace on Side One, none on Side Two
VINYL Visual: NEAR MINT
Both surfaces shine like-new with nothing but some harmless wispy hairlines visible under bright light
VINYL Audio: MINT
Outstanding audio quality throughout with a crystal clear, deep, rich and detailed sound - beautifully recorded and engineered with a nice loud cut and my play-check at volume found nothing to fault
SLEEVE: NEAR MINT
All edges are crisp, square and unworn and all text on the spine is clear and bold. There is a little storage rub to the surfaces and wear on the bottom spine corner - all relatively minor - a fine example
INSERT: NEAR MINT
The gatefold lyric insert is clean, unmarked with nothing but a tiny crease to one corner
