Description

A rare single sided 10" Uk Emidisc acetate by David Bowie the title is 'Space Oddity'.

This song was released in 1968 in England on a single and an lp as well.

The lenght of the acetate is 4'58.

I don't know if the acetate version is different from the single but it is different than the lp version because has less musical effect at the end.

On the label of the first side has a sticker: BBC RADIO (LONDON).

The blank side of the disc shows the Emidisc manufacturing stamp.

It comes in a brown sleeve.

Condition of disc :

The playing surfaces have lots of light marks but nothing major.

At the beginning of the sound during the quite part there is a strong background noise, also a few crackeling noise can be heard often until the end but no skips or jumps.

The look I would grade Very Good but the playing quality is even better.

Proof of originality:

I have some more acetate from different bands (Beatles, R. Stones, Applejacks... etc). I took some Beatles acetete to

a well known auction house (Christies's) where after and expert carefully checked them they went on sale and all of them

were sold.

Also I have some Beatles acetates and those originality were confirmed by the sound engineer who made them .

This David Bowie acetate is from the same collection. I can prove all the above information and the buyer can be sure that the acetate is original.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase I will refund your money (except the postal fee).
