What I have on sale today is a rare Australian pressing of David Bowie's self titled debut solo LP which includes the normally lost lyric sheet insert. This Australian edition has the laminated front cover, matt back cover, and has a non-gatefold cover which is quite unique for this release.
The disc is in an excellent condition. It is exceptionally clean, with the only significant blemish being a light scuff of the side 1 run-in and a small pen writing on side 1 label. The sound is warm and unworn throughout, with just a touch of low-level vinyl background in some places. Please take a listen to the flat, unfiltered recording of this album before you bid.
The cover is in a very good condition. It is fully intact, with the ghost of a sticker on the rear panel and some writings on the both sides. The insert has a sellotape strips that have been used to repair tear.
Do not hesitate - who knows if and when such a jewel will ever turn up again.
