Original Issue on RCA-FTA Label
Impossible to find!!! First time on Ebay. This particular item was found weeks ago and was belonged to old Manager of FTA Peruvian Industry
Both Labels with promo stamps that consign: "DISCO DE PROMOCION".
RCA Peru (under FTA in Peru) used a Bowie picture from 1967 for a record that they released in 1973.
This is a quite unusual procedure as usually record companies use recent images to sell a record or promote a record within a country.
So, this is -obviously- a factory error pressing or wrong decision at factory pressing time.
This original issue from 1973 was the first Bowie issue in Peru.
Finally, when Promo releases have this kind of mistakes (like this sleeve-art) the companies usually take a decision to destroy the items or the error sleeves, which explains that nowadays there are not copies of this Stock.

The picture sleeve presents some stains/ spots with the passing of years but looks great, in VG++
