Description
On offer is the David Bowie with the Lower Third 45 entitled Can't help Thinking About Me c/w And I Say To Myself released in the UK on Pye 7N. 17020 in 1966. Indeed this was David Bowie's first UK released 45 under his own name.
This disc is visually in VG/VG- condition with several marks on it. Nevertheless it plays EX throughout as none of these visual marks affect play. At some stage the 45 appears to have been cleaned by a previous owner with a cleaning agent which has left a sheen on each side. This 45 from David Bowie is quite rare and was the only example I ever had the opportunity to buy. Please do not bid for this if you require a MINT copy of this rare record. However please do bid if you are happy to have a VG/VG- copy that plays above its visual grade. As you can see from the scan the labels are nice and clean and free from writing / tears or unsightly marks.
