Description

I have decided to auction my highly sought after original 18th Birthday present from 1971,namely David Bowies "The Man Who Sold The World" with dress cover on Mercury label with the textured sleeve.The album has stamped the numbers 6338041 1Y//1V420 AND 6338041 2Y//1V420 and it looks like 1/1 and 1/3 after these as well. I would say the album has been played no more than 20 times and once in the last 30years,today! It played through perfectly well with minimal background noise.There are no obvious scratches.The cover has a small amount of scuffing around the outer edges but nothing serious as it has been in a record case for the last 25years at least.The original inner sleeve is ok but tinged with age.Overall still in very good condition and totally original.
