Description
I use the record collector grading system of Bad / Poor / Good (G) / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
Please see below for grading details.
I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
A VG disc on this site will not be is nasty condition like many sellers.
All records are sent out in plastic covers.

LIFE ON MARS / THE MAN WHO SOLD THE WORLD.
ORIGINAL 1973 RCA UK DEMO 7" SINGLE - RCA 2316.
Very rare 1st issue demo with picture cover. This promo record is very hard to find!!! One of the greatest singles of all time.
The Record / VG- to VG condition. The A side is a solid VG condition with some light marks only. The B side has a few more visible marks that are not very deep so I graded this side VG- condition. The record still has a nice original gloss. Strict grading, the record is not perfect but it is also not in poor condition. Please see my feedback.
The record plays well with only a little surface crackle. I will give a play grade of at least VG condition.
The Labels / EX condition. Both labels are in great condition.
The Cover/ VG condition. Original picture cover with some age wear and creasing.
The disc is now housed a a new paper cover. .................................................................................
I USE THE UK GRADING SYSTEM BELOW.
Mint - as new and in perfect condition.
Excellent - A real nice example with light wear only. An EX disc will play great and the cover will be very nice too.
Very Good - The disc will have light surface wear and some light marks. The record will still play very well but may have some surface sound and a little crackle as this is graded as VG. The cover will have some creasing and storage age wear. The disc and cover will have no very serious faults. A VG disc and cover will also not be perfect!
Good / G condition - The disc will have very visible surface wear and light marks with some deeper marks. The cover will show much age wear and will not be the best example! The record will still play but will have surface sound and ticks etc.
Fair - This will be a tatty example of both disc and cover. The record will play with surface sound and noise. The cover will look tatty from age and storage wear.
Bad / Poor -This will be a badly worn example of both record and cover. The disc may jump or play with much surface sound. I would rarely sell an item like this.
