Don't miss this opportunity to own one of the finest 1983 CLASSIC ROCK Albums of all time.
Let's Dance is the fifteenth studio album by David Bowie, released in 1983, with co-production by Chic's Nile Rodgers. The title track of the album became one of Bowie's biggest hit singles, reaching #1 in the UK, US and various other countries. Further singles included "Modern Love" and "China Girl", which both reached #2 in the UK. "China Girl" was a new version of a song which Bowie had co-written with Iggy Pop for the latter's 1977 album The Idiot. The album also contains a rerecorded version of the song "Cat People (Putting Out Fire)" which had been a minor hit for Bowie a year earlier. Let's Dance is also notable as a stepping stone for the career of the Texas blues guitar virtuoso Stevie Ray Vaughan, who played on it.
The success of the album surprised Bowie, who felt he had to continue to pander to the new audience he acquired with the album. This led to Bowie releasing a series of albums in the 1980s that were, despite their commercial success, critically dismissed. Bowie would form the hard rock and grunge-predecessor band Tin Machine in 1989 in an effort to rejuvenate himself artistically.

ANY OTHER QUESTIONS , PLEASE ASK ME , YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED
If you 'are' interested in any of my records , please don't miss out by not making a bid , I do not relist items straight away as once the auction has finished any unsold items are taken to market in order to rotate stock, and of course as a result may not be available for sale again.
Also note that a lot of my item end times 'overlap'. Don't lose out by 'missing' the end of the auction whilst you're bidding on another item, 'put in your maximum bid' ..... what do you have to lose ? , you might end up getting a bargain and if someone bids more than you then you've not paid more than you wanted to in the first place.

All records are professionally cleaned using an MOTH cleaning system prior to despatch.
I package my records in the strongest purpose made mailers for maximum safety.
All records are removed from their picture sleeves where appropriate and posted in a separate plain white inner to avoid damage during transit.
The following is the scale I use to grade my records , I try my best to get it right so please buy with confidence.
MINT:
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks
or deterioration in sound quality.
The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition.
Records advertised as sealed or un-played should be mint.
EXCELLENT:
The record shows some signs of having been played,
but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
The vinyl may have some hairline surface scuffs which will be only slightly visible.
The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD:
The record has obviously been played many times,
but displays no major deterioration in sound quality,
despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items,
is acceptable.
GOOD:
The record has been played so much
that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated.
perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
The cover suffers from folding, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
