Description
The classic Bowie album on RCA Victor from 1971 on 12" vinyl with the orange disc label.
The cover shows number SF 8244 (LSP 4623) as do both sides of the disc. In addition side 1 has the number APRS 5947 and side 2 APRS 5948.
Tracks are: side 1 Changes, Oh! You Pretty Things, Eight Line Poem, Life on Mars?, Kooks and Quicksand and on side 2 Fill Your Heart, Andy Warhol, Song for Bob Dylan, Queen Bitch and The Bewlay Brothers, a pretty good selection I think you will agree.
The lamination on the cover has separated slightly from the cardboard base on small sections near the spine but it is not at all serious and the cover remains completely serviceable. The inner sleeve shows slight signs of discolouration but it, too, remains completely serviceable. I have played the record through in the last few days and detected no scratches or jumps. I have owned the album since it was first released and it has been looked after carefully. Allowing for its age, I think both record and cover are in pretty good nick.
