Vinyl LP + Plain white paper inner sleeve + cover sleeve 
Condition
Cover - Very Good (Small creases, marks, wear to the corners, edges and centre of the spine)
Inner Sleeve - Very Good (Browning & creases & a couple of small tears on the opening edge)

Record - Very Good (visible surface lines, plays fine, a few crackles during play)

Labels - Excellent (Visible spindle lines)
