This is probably the best copy of Hunky Dory I've had and I've had plenty

It's certainly the best vinyl copy I've owned, by miles.

First Pressing with Bobil A2 and Rasputin A3 etchings 3T-3T The most desirable copy of Hunky Dory after the very rare Laminated Cover version

The cover is in fantastic condition with next to no wear, the card is still strong and sturdy to touch, these covers don't last the test of time but not this one, it's got a great spine easily legible with only slight ring wear.

The rear of the cover is exceptionally good as it's still really white with none oof the usual dirt or grubby marks or yellowing

Check the photos to make your own mind up but I can assure you this is a superb HD album cover.

The Vinyl record is sensational, very heavy first press with bright orange labels, super clean with a terrific sheen held up to the light I can only see a cpl of very light small scuffs at the most, it could easily pass for a brand new album

I test play all my records on my Project Essential deck and the vinyl playback is the best I've heard in a long time, it's virtually free of surface noise between the tracks AND it sounds amazing due to the heavy vinyl first press, Crystal clear in the quiet parts at the end of Life on Mars and the start of Queen Bitch and particularly on Andy Warhol

I should mention on the Bewlay Brothers, a tiniest of skip , I adjusted the tone arm weight on my Project record deck and it then played  perfectly.

Still in my opinion a near mint copy which you would be hard pushed to find better, I know it's the best condition/sounding Hunky Dory I've had.

The original lyric insert is present and in very good condition with just a couple of marks.

If you really want a fantastic Hunky Dory then this is it AND it's cheaper than many on here which I doubt very much will be as good as this one..

Sorry for the long description but I don't believe in short 3 line descriptions of valuable albums and I wouldn't buy one with such a description.
