PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
WILDLY RARE AYL1-3844 Indianapolis pressing from 1980 on RCA's black label with "Previously released..." text in the lower left hand corner on the front cover and the number 6 in the bottom left hand corner on the rear!!! LP side B is VG++ with one light scuff and side A is a beautiful near mint minus. Cover is still in the original shrink wrap and beautiful. Even has the original $5.97 Kmart (R.I.P.) price tag on the cellophane in the top right hand corner on the front cover. A high grade copy with impeccable provenance. THIS is what collecting is about. You can have your Ziggy Stardust, Heroes and Aladdin Sane. For my money this is the best Bowie LP out there. I'll put side one up against any LP's side one, Beatles included. A stone masterpiece, this one.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
