Description
DAVID BOWIE – 1973 NEW ZEALAND – PINUPS PROMOTIONAL 45 – Rosalyn / Where Have All The Good Times Gone!
Released as a Promotional Item for “David Bowie - Pinups” LP.
Distributed by post to all members of the New Zealand RCA Victor Record Club Ltd., and as a counter giveaway at the RCA Record Club store Music City in Auckland but was not available commercially.
Issued in a six-sided wrap-around picture sleeve, with the cover and first inside panel featuring pictures of David Bowie as Ziggy Stardust.
The remaining four sides outline the bonus offer for a cheaper version of the Pinups LP, which can be a self-addressed envelope for sending away to the record club.
A DJ named Tim introduces himself and outlines the special offer while the two songs played. His voice-over occurs six times on the record (three times per side).
Vinyl: VG some scuffing but does not affect play.
Sleeve: VG (based on the average condition of these sleeves).
My pictures attempt to accurately display the item and to conservatively evaluate the condition.
