Description

A Must for all Bowie collectors and fans. First ever single on Parlophone no. R5315. Released in 1965.Recorded under the name of Davy Jones,  You've got a habit of leaving / Baby loves that way.

This one has got to be an extra must for all David Bowie Fans as its an original very rare Demo Copy of the single. The Vinyl is in absolute mint condition with one very slight mark on the surface which was probably there when it was made!?

The record has been kept in a private collection. I've played both sides prior to listing the item on a high end turntable (Linn Axis) to check condition and there are no jumps, bumps or scratches just glorious early Bowie!

The single comes in it's original Parlophone paper sleeve which has no rips or tears. Just normal wear from  being kept with other singles.

The general release black labeled version is valued in the Rare Record Price Guide 2006 at £500. This is a not for general sale demo version so get your bids in early as I expect demand to be high for this rare piece of  Rock and Roll history.

I would prefer cash on collection, or I will post fully insured and you can pay by pay pal or cheque which would need ten days to clear!

Happy Bidding

Peter
